At Arrow Golf, we are committed to your performance on the course. If your new gear doesn't help you aim true, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your golf equipment or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and clubs are protected to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
